General Terms & Conditions
Payment is accepted when an order is placed. Production Turn Time and Day 1 of ALL orders begins when all artwork/graphics proofs have been approved by client, submitted to and acknowledged by BrandersMart before 8AM. Expedited Shipping cost and delivery time is NOT included in Turn Time Cost and will be on Customer’s Shipping Account Number, at no additional charge so the client may track their order and interact with the carrier if they so choose. In effect, delivery is accomplished in the moment the shipment leaves our facility. The use of BrandersMart Shipping Account will incur a 50% convenience fee with no means for a client to contact carrier. All orders require pre-payment in full. 1-3 Day Rush Orders are non-cancellable and non-modifiable once production is in process.
